mini habits that made me less chaotic
Okay, so my life was basically a perpetual state of 'where are my keys?' and 'did I eat today?' for a hot minute. But I've been low-key crushing it with these tiny, almost embarrassingly small habits. They legit take like 5 mins or less but the cumulative effect is WILD.
My top 3 currently:
1. Drink a glass of water right when I wake up. π§
2. Tidy *one* thing before leaving a room. (Seriously, just one item!)
3. Write down 3 things I'm grateful for while my coffee brews. βοΈ
It's not about being perfectly productive, just about feeling like I have a tiny bit of control over my brain.
