Okay, can we just talk about how school group projects are legit just unpaid emotional labor??? Like, I'm not just doing my part, I'm also the project manager, therapist for whoever's slacking, and the one who has to chase down everyone's contributions. It's exhausting and my grades shouldn't depend on someone else's zero effort. OMG YESS. This is so real it hurts. Every single time I end up carrying the whole damn thing. It's giving main character energy but in the worst way possible bc I just want to pass, not run a whole damn company for free. The mental load is insane. 😩
